2. Accuracy of Site Information & Natural Canvas Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional measurements (width x height x depth), handle drop lengths, and pricing. Natural Fabric Attributes: Heavyweight cotton canvas naturally features minor fiber flecks, subtle slub textures, and slight weave irregularities characteristic of genuine woven cotton. Screen displays may also render dye shades with slight variance. Rixo Tote reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Bag Care & Weight Load Capacity Disclaimer

Load Capacity & Device Protection Notice: To protect the seams and handle anchor rivets of your tote bag, do not exceed the recommended carrying capacity (e.g., overloading with excessive heavy hardware or sharp, unprotected tools). While our laptop compartments feature protective foam padding, users are responsible for ensuring electronic devices are handled carefully during transport. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; machine washing heavy canvas bags is not recommended as it may cause fabric shrinkage or compromise water-repellent coatings. Rixo Tote is not liable for device impacts, torn seams from excessive overpacking, or dye rub-off onto light clothing from damp dyed canvas.
